Ethics and inclusivity

Planning and organization have always been essential in delivering quality work. For that reason, I did the training course to get Google’s certification in Project Management.

The course required dedication and effort, but it was exciting, and we had to think over several questions regarding decision-making.

When we develop a project, we always have to consider the needs of all types of people – different profiles, experiences, cultures, or physical limitations.

Ethical and inclusive leadership are transversal themes to the six courses which make up this certification. The training included an entire module dedicated to ETHICAL LEADERSHIP and INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP.

This video from the University of Santa Clara – Markkula Center for Applied Ethics proposes a structure for decision-making in situations of ethical conflict.

Please take a look at it. These are the pillars of the FAZT project – ethics and inclusivity.
