Privacy Policy

Scope:

This Privacy Policy document (PP) aims to inform all website users https://fazt.pt (website) about data collection, processing, use practices, and personal information, as well as user rights over that data and information, safeguarded by the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 59/2019, of 8 August).

Liability for Data Processing:

FAZT, designation corresponding to the commercial name used by Maria Virgínia Barros, a freelancer duly registered under the tax identification number 185 067 620 (website owner), is responsible for collecting and processing the users’ data. This data can be carried out directly on the website or in advertising spaces placed on other websites.

Data collection:

The data collection will always be carried out directly by FAZT through specific forms, which require explicit and clear confirmation by users and are intended exclusively for the purposes indicated therein (such as contact forms or newsletter subscription).

Consent policy:

By providing their data, the website user accepts the terms and conditions of this PP, thus consenting to its collection, treatment, and use, for the specific purposes for which they were granted.

FAZT will never communicate the data of its users to third parties, nor will it use them for purposes other than those for which they were collected.

User Access:

The personal data and information collected will be kept in digital format (data file), only for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which the user provided them.

We delete the user data as soon as the conditions that led to its collection end.

The user may request access to the data to update, rectify or eliminate it and oppose to their treatment. The user can make this request in writing to the email: info@fazt.pt.

Anonymous Data Collection – Cookies Policy:

To improve the user’s browsing experience and enable better website performance, Fazt may use cookies.

Cookies are small files placed through the browser during navigation on the device the user accesses a website – a computer, smartphone, or other. These files have the function of allowing the user to be recognized the next time he accesses that website.

The data collected is therefore anonymous and does not identify the user. 

The above is general information about navigation, namely how the user accesses and uses the website, the geographical area they accessed, or navigation preferences.

The user can decide to be notified about the reception of cookies and block them, through its browser. 

By choosing not to receive cookies, the user may not be able to view the entire contents of the website.
